Introduction
Aarpick (“we”, “us”) operates mobile applications and related services for booking and managing parcel deliveries, including customer and driver experiences. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our services.
By using Aarpick, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Information we collect
- Account and identity: name, phone number (including for one-time password / OTP sign-in), email if you provide it, language preference, and profile image if you upload one.
- Delivery and operations: pickup and delivery addresses, contact names and numbers associated with a stop, order details (status, vehicle type, timing), payment-related information needed to complete a job (e.g. cash-on-delivery), and proof-of-delivery materials when used.
- Location: approximate or precise location when you use features that require it (such as map-based booking, routing, or live tracking). Driver apps may collect location while you are using the service or as allowed by your device and consent settings.
- Device and communications: device identifiers, app version, push notification tokens so we can send transactional updates, and diagnostic data needed to keep the service reliable.

How we use information
- Provide, schedule, and complete deliveries; assign work to drivers where applicable.
- Authenticate you, prevent fraud, and protect security.
- Send operational notifications (order status, assignment, delays) by push or in-app messages.
- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand aggregate usage trends.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our terms.
Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. Order and transaction records may be retained longer than marketing data. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize information where feasible.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong device security and prompt reporting of suspicious activity.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can request data deletion using the Data deletion page on our website (opens an email draft to our team).
You can adjust notification permissions in your device settings. Location features may require location permission to function as intended.
Children
Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy where allowed by law.
