These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aarpick's mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services help users book, dispatch, and track parcel deliveries.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. Replace this draft with final terms from your lawyer before launch.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your device.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.

Aarpick connects parcel delivery demand with fulfilment through our platform. Service availability, pricing, coverage areas, and SLAs may vary by region and are shown in the app or communicated separately where applicable.

We may modify features, impose limits, or pause the Services for maintenance. We will try to minimize disruption to operational flows.

• No illegal goods, harassment, fraud, or attempts to circumvent safety, payment, or assignment rules.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or abusive load on our systems without permission.
• No misuse of other users’ personal data obtained through the Services.

If you use the driver-facing product, you agree to follow in-app instructions, applicable road and labor rules, and any onboarding or approval steps we require. Payouts and commission structures depend on the program described in the app or a separate agreement.

The Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every delivery will meet a specific time. Limitation of liability clauses should be finalized for India or your jurisdiction with counsel.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aarpick and its team from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights.
